Returns and
Exchanges
CafePress.com and KaptainMyke.com offer
a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would
like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill
out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions
on how to send the item(s) back. For returns and
exchanges, you must fill out a request
form. Shipping charges are not refundable.
CD Return Policy
CDs purchased from CafePress.com can
be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our
Returns Center. CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic
wrap.
Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by
you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country; you should contact your local customs office for
further information. Additionally, when ordering from CafePress.com,
you are considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which you
are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value
of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders
containing T-shirts, mugs, and mousepads will be listed in
